Strong certainty - Absolutely sure about something
Obvious conclusion - It goes without saying

Stronger and more colloquial than に違いない.
Plain form + に決まっている
- Verb/i-adj plain + に決まっている
- na-adj + に決まっている (no だ)
- Noun + に決まっている (no だ)
Casual: に決まってる
She's definitely going to be angry.
